Mercia Web is the creation of Tony Harvey-Bacon and Donald Powell. Each bring a wide range of business knowledge and practice to create a web design and marketing company based on real business experience.
Tony has over 25 yrs experience in the IT industry. That experience has been gained in various industries including engineering establishments and scientific laboratories. He has also taught both IT and Business Studies in the traditional and online learning environments.
Donald's experience includes designing and selling advertising space in a variety of newpapers and international business magazines for the Express & Star Newspaper and Huson Media Groups.
